THE APPLICATION AND AGREEMENT POLICY Chuck Wayne or the Box Hop Ju Sul Association has the right to terminate any students contract, studies, or memberships at any time without warning for any violation of this agreement. Any student uses his training unlawful outside of this school will be terminated. Chuck Wayne teaches self-defense and does not promote violent acts, teaches to kill, or mangle any person without reasonable cause. This training is based on self-defense. No refunds will be given once service has been rendered. I HAVE READ AND I UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT APPLICATION, AND CHUCK WAYNE'S POLICY. I FIND MYSELF IN NO OBLIGATION TO ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT IF I WISH NOT TO. I AGREE TO THIS APPLICATION AND I WISH TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE CHUCK WAYNE PROGRAM OR BOX HAP JU SUL ACCOSIATION.
