Frequently
Asked Questions
IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEARN IN A SHORT TIME WITHOUT SPENDING
YEARS GOING THROUGH COLORED BELTS?
Yes! Any student may choose a specialized course that
I call (SDT) meaning Self Defense Training. The student
can go through a series of levels and graduate with great
knowledge of self-defense techniques. For better understanding
this course should take three months.
The student will learn many short cut methods on how to
get out of holds and grabs. They will learn the basic kicks
and punches. They will learn to react in an unwanted situation.
If the student dedicates his time without to many missing
classes he or she can become very proficient.
